Anticorps bispécifiques et thérapie par cellules CAR-T pour le lymphome indolent
Résumé
Le lymphome folliculaire (LF) classique et le lymphome de la zone marginale (LZM) sont les principaux lymphomes non hodgkiniens indolents (LNHi). Une fois le traitement de première intention débuté, la majorité des patients finissent par subir un échec thérapeutique et sont confrontés à des périodes sans maladie de plus en plus courtes après chaque ligne subséquente de chimiothérapie conventionnelle. Les patients présentant une maladie progressive dans les 24 mois suivant le traitement de première intention (POD24) représentent un important besoin non comblé. La survie globale (SG) à cinq ans pour les patients atteints de LF avec une POD24 est de seulement 50 % comparativement à 90 % chez les patients sans POD24. La SG à trois ans des patients atteints de LZM avec une POD24 est de 53 % comparativement à 95 % pour les patients sans POD24.
